F. G. Shutsy-Reynolds was one of a group of pioneers, a flier in World War II in
the WASP, Women's Airforce Service Pilots, and they flew all the trainers, the
hot fighters and the big bombers in World War II, to free up male pilots for
combat roles. Like her sisters in the WASP, F. G. Shutsy-Reynolds flew her
share of the great fighters and bombers in the U. S. Army Air Corps air fleet.
