Ray Toliver is a retired career U.S. Air Force officer, retiring at the rank of Colonel. He is a prolific author primarily on World War II biographies and his most famous work is:
"Blond Knight of Germany"
the story of Erich Hartmann who, with 352 confirmed aerial victories, is the most successful fighter pilot ever in the history of aerial warfare. Col. Toliver teamed up with Luftwaffe pilot Kurt Schultz on this book and Kurt also signed 100 photos for us. Check the listing for his record.
