Waffen SS (Waffen Schutz Staffel) were front line combat troops – some of the toughest combat troops ever!  They fought hard and had the worst attrition rate of any land warriors in WW II because they never quit – they didn’t know how to quit!  They were not only Germans but included volunteers of Norway, Finland, Slovakia, Netherlands and many more.  They were united to prevent the spread of Bolshevism across Europe.

This book is about the warriors of the Waffen SS – the life, training, the hardships of battle and what they endured after the war at the vicious hands of the Soviets.  Officers who surrendered to the US or England were handed over to the Soviets for public hangings while thousands upon thousands of the soldiers were tortured and outright murdered well after the end of the war.
