Lieutenant Commander GAYLORD KELSHALL is a reserve officer in the military force of the island nation of Trinidad and Tobago.

In addition, he and his wife are caretakers of the Chaguramas Military Museum there on the island. He has written books on the war as it affected the area of the southern Caribbean around Trinidad and Tobago.
